The room furniture was showing lots of wear, the bed was uncomfortable, we could hear loud music half the night and it sounded like the guests above us were moving furniture. Although the staff was friendly enough and the food OK, the hotel and casino were freezing. To start, there was no valet parking which made finding a spot difficult. I booked a weekend trip at the Hardrock Biloxi for my husband’s 55th birthday and we were very disappointed.
